The Union of football players and coaches of Russia

The interregional public organization – The Union of football players and coaches of Russia was founded in 2005 by key Russian football players, such as Andrey Arshavin, Vadim Yevseyev, Roman Pavluchenko, Igor Semshov, Sergey Semak, Vladimir Leonchenko etc. The Union’s main objective is to protect professional interests and rights of players and coaches. Many of them had already been in the situation when their rights were infringed and a lot of efforts were required to defend their interests.

The Union is recognized by the FIFPro (Federation International de Footballeurs Professionels) and is constantly in contact with football trade unions of other countries. In Europe there are about 40 such unions.
