In education the Union has agreement with the Institute of economics and finance “Sinergia” and the International academy of football and sports management (the official university partner of UEFA).     90% of football players have the Diploma of the Institute of physical training which does not allow them to find a good job after their football career is over. You may also receive a second degree as well. The final year of your program offer a specialization in sport (football) management.  For those who wish to obtain knowledge, experience and skills which are required for establishing your own business or for working in any business structure there is a possibility of getting an MBA degree.
